Returned suddenly and unexpectedly to join his much-missed brother and cousin beyond the veil. We are not sure what mischief they will get into, but we are confident their grandparents will keep them in check.
Adam was the fifth child born to Dale C. and Patsy O. Wilson on Oct. 7, 1972. His love of life and boundless energy brought great happiness and excitement to the Wilson family. Adam loved being with his family and especially enjoyed those times they spent hunting and fishing. He was of a tender heart and was ever-ready to help someone in need.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served a mission for his church in the Portugal South Mission. Upon his return, he was blessed to be sealed in the temple to the love of his life, Natalie Stevens. Her many talents, her patience and love brought great strength to their marriage. They would be blessed with two children, Braxton and Brynlee, a never ending source of pride and happiness.
Adam was a hard worker and had several jobs in his 36 years. He was a journeyman plumber but he loved flying. His trainer said he was a natural. He soon earned his pilot's license to fly helicopters, but his love for flying was cut short and his efforts would be directed to fighting cancer; he fought bravely and valiantly, for he wanted to be with his family. But it was a battle he would not win and on November 9, 2008, he returned to his Heavenly Father. He will be sorely missed by all who loved him.
He is survived by his wife and children; his parents; in-laws, Bill and Jeanne Stevens; and by his brothers and sisters: Matt and Lynette, Paul and Vanessa, Cissy and Dave, Mandy and Sheon, Aaron and Amy, and Chris and Becca; 21 nieces and nephews; and two great nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Curtis Wilson.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, November 15, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. in the Porterville Chapel, 2700 S. Morgan Valley Drive, Morgan, Utah. A viewing will be held that morning from 10 to 11:45 a.m. at the church.
Interment, South Morgan Cemetery.
