On the morning of February 5th, this world lost a light that will never be replaced. Words cannot express the loss that we all feel. Allie had a way of making you feel special, by teasing, telling jokes or asking about a detail of your life no one else would remember. Allie loved to cook and learn interesting and strange facts she’d bring up on a whim. Her love for animals was intense, especially for ducks, she would have gathered and collected them all if she could. Her absolute one and only true love was her Dez Dog, he was her companion and best friend. Through all her ups and downs, he never left her side.
From an early age we could tell Allie was a special soul; she was quirky, funny, and incredibly smart. Allie always had the innate desire to grow and become better, but ultimately battled with alcohol addiction and lost the fight. She leaves behind so many people who loved her unconditionally. Love hard and hold those close to you tighter.
Allie is survived by her best friend Dez Dog (Great Dane), her mother Kelda, her father John and her two Sisters and their families; Kara (Forrest) Wedmore, their daughter and son Millie and Wylan; Missy (Erik) Workman and their sons, Nick, Silas and Kenny. Thank you, Cam Nielsen and Chad Frandsen for loving her and giving her so many chances at life. Words cannot express how grateful we are that you were in her life.
In lieu of flowers please donate to Alcohol Anonymous or the Humane Society in Allie’s honor.
