Betty Gray

January 3, 1941 — November 18, 2020

Morgan

Betty was born in Morgan, UT to Delwin E. and Geneve S Bowman. She graduated from Morgan High School where she was in multiple plays. She worked many years at Parkside Self Service where, even though she had a gruff exterior, she actually loved everyone she waited on. But, oh how she hated that “penny candy!”

Mom was also well known for her ability to iron clothes as good as any professional and she did this for many years. There wasn’t a time that she didn’t have multiple piles of ironing sitting around the house, but she always kept up with them.

Betty is survived by her daughter, Cindy; her sister Iris Davis; as well as nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ronald; sisters, Luana and Judy; and nephew, Joe.

There will be a visitation on Sunday November 22, 2020 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Walker Mortuary. A graveside service will be held on Monday at 1 p.m. at the South Morgan Cemetery.

Services will be livestreamed (see link below)
