Betty Jean Freeman, was born in Blytheville, Arkansas on June 24, 1931. She lived on a farm and when her dad died at her young age of 7, the family moved to town. Times were hard with just her mom and the seven kids so when Betty was in 7th grade they pulled her out of school and she went to work to help the family make ends meet. She married the love of her life, Billy Lee Freeman on May 30, 1954. They were married 61 years.
Billy and Betty moved to Southern California in 1958 and raised their three children: Michael Lee Freeman (Gabby), Mark Edward Freeman (deceased) and Kimberly Ann Bell (Dave) and then she added Dave as another son. Mom has four grandchildren, David, Sean, Brad and Colton, and three great grandchildren, Riley, Jason and Liam, all boys. So proud of all of them!
Mom and Dad later in life moved to St. George, Utah and then to Morgan, Utah. Betty is preceded in death by her son Mark, husband Billy, sisters Margaret and Jesilene, brothers Junior, James and Johnny and her parents Amelia and James Long. Mom will be at peace and so happy to meet up with all that have passed in heaven.
