Billie Clarence Ralphs, 85 years old, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 18th, 2020 at home in Mountain Green, Utah.  Billie was born in Roosevelt, Utah on May 24th, 1934 to Harold and Isabelle Ralphs of Altonah, Utah.  He was the second of eight children.  He married JoAnn Ewell November 16th, 1957 in Spanish Fork, Utah.  Billie and JoAnn were sealed in the Vernal, Utah temple July 14, 2001.  Billie is survived by his spouse of 62 years, four children; Doyce (Debbie) Ralphs, Kevin (Kelly) Ralphs, Laurie (Jay) Labrum, and Phil (Jody) Ralphs, and six siblings; Gwen Robison, Keith Ralphs, Beverly Fearn, Becky Taggart, Kirk Ralphs, and Burke Ralphs.  Billie was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Isabelle Ralphs and sister, Pat McCurdy.  Billie had 39 grandchildren.

Billie was a master carpenter and has left a legacy that will stand for generations in the buildings, dams, and commercial projects he helped construct.  He took pride in working hard and was admired for his skill and knowledge. He loved dancing, was an avid Jazz fan, and always enjoyed playing card games with friends and family.  Billie volunteered for many years as a 4-H leader and served as a county commissioner.

Family graveside service will be held in lieu of funeral on Saturday, April 25, 2020 at the Altonah Cemetery in Altonah, Utah.
