Blaine “Squeek” Thomson
Waldron Blaine Waldron, 68 of Morgan UT passed away on March 5, 2025 after a long battle with Vascular Dementia. Blaine was born on September 16, 1956 to Earl and Phyllis Waldron of Richville and was a lifelong resident of Morgan until he got sick in 2015.
Blaine grew up with six siblings on his family’s dairy farm in Richville. He learned the value of hard work helping on the farm and could be found with his Dad and his brother Rex building anything with wheels and a motor. He inherited his father's nickname Squeek and was known to many by that name. He was one of the “Richville boys” and made many lifelong friends from there and all over Morgan.
He graduated from Morgan High School in 1974 and a few years later started a family. He always put his all into any project and had a lot of talents. There wasn’t a motor he couldn’t fix or a construction job he couldn’t do and everything was completed to perfection.
He enjoyed the outdoors, had a love for hunting, snowmobiling, motorcycles, muscle cars, sandrails, and pretty much anything that would go fast. He passed all of these traits down to his kids and especially his grandkids.
He had 5 grandchildren and was the best grandpa to them all. He always made sure to let them know how much he loved them and how proud he was of them. They never left his home without a popsicle, pumpkin cookie, Hi-C orange juice box, and of course a pocket full of quarters.
He is survived by his son Bob (Megan) Waldron and daughter Keri (Branden) Bolinder, his sisters Sharon (Cary) Cobb and Marilyn (Doug) Stanger, his grandchildren Ryder and Ava Waldron, and Gage, Kaylee, and Braelynn Bolinder. He was preceded in death by both of his parents, his brothers Craig (Tamara) Waldron and Rex (Suzi) Waldron, and his sisters, Shelley Waldron and Ann (Troy) Gren. He was also preceded in death by his brother-in-law Cary Cobb.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Avalon Care facility in Bountiful, UT, their staff, and all of the nurses and caregivers from Bristol Hospice for caring for and making our dad a home for the last few years.
All family and friends are invited to a viewing on Tuesday, March 11th from 7pm-8pm at Walker Mortuary in Morgan UT, and a graveside service at South Morgan Cemetery on Wednesday, March 12th at noon.
