She and her sister Beth were given a special award from the NSHS Booster Club for their support of the athletic activities. She had a passion for sports and enjoyed any ballgame, either as a spectator or via television. Bonnie was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She supported many young men on their LDS missions. Bonnie was a lifelong resident of Coalville. All but the last year of her life was spent at her family home.
She was employed as a clerk at Morby’s General Store and was a talented cook at Dean’s Coffee Shop until her retirement.
Family and friends meant everything to Bonnie and she made sure that she kept in contact with them. She loved family traditions and holidays. She enjoyed buying gifts for others, making candies, and putting up decorations at Christmas. She looked forward to dying eggs every Easter and gathering with family during Thanksgiving. She spent many hours preparing and taking flowers to honor her loved ones on Memorial Day. These simple traditions were her most cherished times. She loved having family/friends come to visit, and everyone felt welcome in her home. She will be dearly missed by her family and many wonderful friends in the Coalville area.
