Charmaine Meadows Hoffman passed away on Monday, January 2, 2023 in her home in Randolph after a courageous fight with cancer at age 80. She was born the oldest of two children to her parents Warren and Marian Meadows of Evanston, Wyoming, where she grew up. Charmaine went to school in Evanston and met her husband, Richard Hoffman from Randolph and they were later married and lived in Randolph on the family ranch until moving to Kemmerer. They were sealed in the Logan Utah Temple in 1970.
After her husband’s retirement in Kemmerer they moved back to Randolph and spent their remaining years there. Charmaine worked at several jobs, including a bank in Kemmerer, while raising their four children. Her husband proceeded her in death, also dying from cancer. Her parents, brother Dee, and her son Craig and daughter Lisa, have also proceeded her in death. She is survived by her son, Kelly (Myrna) Hoffman and (Barry) and Charlene McLean, along with many grand and great grandchildren.
Charmaine considered her family her greatest treasure and enjoyed spending as much time as she could with them. She loved and collected teddy bears and has blessed others with sharing them.
Funeral services will be held at the Randolph chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Saturday January 7th with a viewing starting at 10:00 am and the funeral at 12:00 pm. Interment will be at the Randolph Cemetery.
