Elna Francis

MORGAN - Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend passed away Sunday, September 23, 2012 surrounded by her family. She was born July 27, 1923 in Henefer, Utah to Osmyn (Os) Merritt Wright and Zelda Lucy Richins. She married Clarence George Francis on January 24, 1946 in the Salt Lake Temple for time and all eternity.

She was a very talented seamstress, crocheter, knitter, and cook. She was active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held numerous callings.

She is survived by her loving husband, her children: Brad (Maralee) Francis, Marsha Toyn, Todd (Audrey) Francis and Jill (Blaine) Fackrell, 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren with three on the way. She is also survived by her siblings Vern, Verl, and Vera.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Fern, brothers Osmyn and Joseph, and son-in-law Pat Toyn.

A viewing will be held Thursday, September 27 at Walker Mortuary (45 West 200 North, Morgan, Utah) from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. The funeral will be held on Friday, September 28, 2012 at 11 a.m. in the Rock Church (10 West Young Street, Morgan, Utah) with a viewing prior to the funeral from 9:45 - 10:45.

Interment in the South Morgan Cemetery.
