Enid B. Wilde, 87, passed away peacefully in her home on July 22, 2023. Enid was born April 5, 1936, in Coalville, Utah to Clifton and Kathleen Blonquist. Enid grew up in Coalville and graduated from North Summit High School.
Enid married Keith P. Wilde on July 16, 1955. After a brief time living in Provo and Layton, they settled in Morgan in 1960 where she lived until her passing.
She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and held various callings throughout her life.
Enid was a stay-at-home mom while her daughters were young and then worked as a dental assistant and bookkeeper for 20 years.
Her interests included cooking, sewing and quality time with her family. She was blessed with a wide circle of friends and was a supportive friend to all who knew her. She loved traveling and exploring unfamiliar places and did so often.
Surviving are her daughters, DeAnn Wilde and Rhonda (Terry) Thompson; grandchildren Kellie (Edward) Giguere, Mathew (Kasey) Thompson, Rowdy (Melissa) Thompson, and Lane (Jacky) Thompson; as well as eleven great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband.
There will be an informal visitation for family and friends on Thursday, July 27, 2023, 9:30 to 11:00 am, at Walker Mortuary, 45 West 200 North, Morgan, UT. Graveside services will follow at the South Morgan Cemetery, 335 South State Street.
The family extends their sincere gratitude to Aspen Ridge Hospice and Beehive Senior Care for their professional and tender care of Enid in her final hours.
