After battling cancer for over two years, Guyla Lewis Johnson passed away at home in West Valley City the morning of December 17, 2018. The youngest daughter of James W. and Millicent H. Lewis, she was born September 2, 1957 at LDS Hospital. She grew up in Bountiful until her parents relocated to Morgan in 1969. She is survived by her daughter, Cassidy Lynn Johnson; kitties, Zelda & Ziggy; nephew, Jim Lewis (Trish); ex-husband and friend, Allan R. Johnson; sisters, Eva Jean Meenderink (Gary), Lynnette Lewis; brother, Russell Lewis as well as many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Lee Ann Altman; and favorite kitty Zozo.
Special thanks to Lynnette, Jim, Trish, Harlee, and Kaylee for their love and support during her illness.
