Howie enjoyed the Bridger Valley area because of its’ desert, high plains and mountains, He also loved the canyon where he grew up and many places in northern Utah. Howie was a man of many interests including art, music, science, he loved all kinds of music and enjoyed singing to the kids and the grand kids. he was an avid reader, his happiest times were taking a ride on a dirt road in the mountains looking for wildlife, and spending time with Becky his kids and grand kids. It seems that his favorite sound was laughter based on all the stories and jokes he told.
