Jack Lowe Peterson, 93 plus 4 months, passed away peacefully on Sept 17, 2017 at his home he built with his family by his side.
He was born May 4, 1924 to James Edward and Blanche Lowe Peterson. He leaves behind his wife of 69 years, Bonnie, two daughters, Lana (Cole) Porter, Peggy Singleton, and one son, James Jack Peterson, five grandkids, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
He served in the army for three years during WWII. He was a master mechanic and “mister fix-it” for family and friends and helped anyone and everyone he thought needed help.
The family would like to express their gratitude to Encompass for their excellent, tender, and loving in home care. A special thanks to Mike, Tycee, and Cory (aka Little Squirt who had e.s.p.) for going above and beyond in their caring for Jack.
At his request, there will be no viewing or funeral services. The family will honor and celebrate his life at a later date.
