Jacqueline (Jackie) Worden Lee Hulet passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at the age of 90. She was born July 16, 1931 to Vernon and Fredella Worden. She was the oldest of 9 siblings, and the best mom, grandma, great-grandma and great-great grandma any of us could have wished for. Mom married our Father, Kenneth Glen Lee in May, 1949 in Devils Slide; they were later sealed in the Ogden Temple. They had three daughters: Judy Wilkinson, Julie (Danny) Bloxham and Susan (Wayne) Johnson. Kenneth passed away July 22, 1962. She married Wayne Hulet on May 17, 1968, they were later divorced.
After Kenneth passed away, Jackie went back to school to obtain a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Weber State University. She spent the next 30 plus years being a school nurse, public health nurse and retired being the Nursing Director of the Weber/Morgan Health Department. She remained active after her retirement, serving on the Utah Local Boards of Health and the Selective Service Commission. She was a great nurse due to her nurturing and caring personality. She was always willing to help anyone she could, always thinking of others before herself.
Jackie is survived by daughters; Judy Wilkinson and Julie (Danny) Bloxham and son-in-law Wayne Johnson. She is also survived by granddaughters: Collette Wilkinson and Heather Howry; great grandchildren; Megan Glover, Tristan Wilkinson, Nikki (Kyle) Kettle, Jaydin Stephens, Aubrielle Howry and Grady Howry; great-great grandchildren; Chance McCurdy, Terrance McCurdy, Ashton Trump, McKenzi McCurdy and Bridger Kettle. She loved her grandchildren immensely and was very proud of each of them. She also leaves behind too many nieces and nephews to mention.
Jackie is also survived by siblings; Barbara Smith, Robert (Connie) Worden, Curtis (Connie) Worden, Beverly (Ed) Smith, and Linda Owen. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Susan Johnson, granddaughter; Eva Angelique Trump; brothers; Richard (Buddy); Kenneth (Swede); sister Mary; and son-in-law Greg Wilkinson.
