HENEFER - Janet Williams Jones died March 4, 2009 in Ogden, Utah.
She was born April 8, 1940 in Central Valley, Utah to Lyman and Lucille Williams.
On Sept. 23, 1961, she married Dennis R. Jones in the Manti Temple in Manti, Utah.
Janet was a lifetime and active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Surviving are her husband, Dennis, of Henefer; four children: Kathy (Blake) Rich of Morgan, Utah; Deanna (Mike) Kafton of Brigham City, Utah; Dorene (Kevin) Wheeler of Cedar City, Utah; and Bryce (Cara) of Henefer, Utah; 11 grandchildren and seven step grandchildren. Also surviving are a sister and brother: Margie Bird of Salina, Utah and Max Williams of Salt Lake City, Utah.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Thad Williams.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at the Henefer Chapel. Friends and family may call at the church Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.
Interment, Henefer Cemetery.
