Jean Ann Stowe Heiner peacefully passed away surrounded by family at her home in Morgan, Utah on October 27, 2021.
Jean was born on December 23, 1946, in Ogden, Utah to David “Ted” and Lorene Stowe. She attended Ben Lomond High School.
She married her high school sweetheart Alan D. Heiner on May 18, 1963 in Elko, Nevada. They shared 58 wonderful years of marriage and were very seldom apart. She often commented on how handsome she thought Alan was. He cared for her and stayed by her side until she passed away. Jean was employed for many years at Nebco in Morgan, where she worked the morning shift and loved to converse with her many friends in the community. She will always be remembered for her friendly greeting and bright smile. She enjoyed gardening, painting, quilting, embroidering and spending time with family. Jean was an avid animal lover, when she was young she had many exotic pets like an alligator, a skunk, a raccoon and many other favorite animals throughout her life. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with the love of her life Alan, even if it was just outside in the yard sitting by the fire.
Jean was proceeded in death by her both of her parents and her sister Jackie.
Jean is survived by her husband Alan D. Heiner; children Lynette Heiner (Jeff), Bret (RaeAnn) Heiner and Leslie (Craig) Shupe. Her brother Jeff (Connie) Stowe. Grandchildren; Ace (Alicia) Stettler, Sarah (Colton) Swan, Colton Bell, Kendal (Zach) Jensen, Cody (Meagan) Heiner, Chase (Jordon) Heiner, Shad (Mackenzie) Heiner, Maggie Shupe, and Jadie Shupe, and 13 great grandchildren.
Our family would like to thank all of those that cared for her in her last days. A special thanks to Atlas Home Care.
