Jeanice was a member of the Milton LDS ward where she served faithfully in many callings throughout her lifetime. She served a 3-year mission with her husband in the Morgan North Stake and also served as an ordinance worker in the Ogden LDS Temple from April 2003 to November 2009.
Jeanice graduated from Morgan High School in 1950 where she participated in chorus, yearbook staff and many other activities. She had fond memories of the school plays, opera, Junior Prom, Senior Hop, dances after the hometown basketball games, the old, old cold school buses they rode in and "M" day where they would trek up the hill with gravel, cement and whitewash.
Jeanice worked 4 years at HAFB in the I.B.M. department as a keypunch operator, Browning Armory in Mt. Green, Utah and 27 years as a clerk at Morgan Drug retiring in 2002. Jeanice worked along side her mother in the decorating and catering business doing weddings, dinners, etc. Jeanice always had a spotless house and loved working in her big yard caring for her many flowers. She spent countless hours sewing for the LDS Humanitarian Center in Salt Lake City. She loved Stake Lagoon days and would ride the big roller coaster over and over and over with all us kids. Jeanice went on a cruise to Alaska and made 3 trips to Disneyland all of which she really enjoyed. Jeanice loved to bowl and spent many years riding in the Miltanas riding Club. One of her hopes and dreams was to take a ride in her "34' Chevy which she did on her 83rd birthday.
