Carlin Fullmer

Lon Carlin Fullmer passed away peacefully on July 22, 2023 in South Ogden, Utah. Carlin was born March 21, 1949 to Lon and Lois Fullmer in Ogden, Utah.

Carlin attended and graduated from Ogden High School. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force.

Carlin married Pat Packard on May 27, 1973 in Elko, Nevada. They were later blessed with a son, Troy Fullmer, who Carlin adored. In his later years, Troy took great care of Carlin, and allowed him to remain in his home.

Carlin worked for Hill Air Force Base, and retired after many years of service.

Carlin loved his family and golf, and was very proud of his hole in one.

Carlin is survived by his son Troy, Brother and Sister-in-law Chris and Carrie Packard, and Sister-in-law Karen Strong. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins, including a special niece Brittnie Packard Hilton and special nephew Jace Packard.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to A-Plus Hospice and Hidden Valley Assisted Living for their time and care given over the past few months.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, July 25th at 11:00 am at the South Morgan Cemetery.
