Preston Gale Judd, 92, died Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at his home in Coalville, Utah from causes incident to age.
He was born on April 8, 1916 to James Henry and Louetta Bailey Judd at their ranch in Upton Utah. He married Hilda Lucille Diston in Coalville, UT on Aug. 22, 1935, and were later sealed together in the Ogden L.D.S. Temple. They enjoyed 72 wonderful years together.
During his life he worked as a sheep herder, coal miner and after 37 years he retired from Ideal Cement Co. at Devil's Slide, Utah. He enjoyed many years hunting, trapping and fishing the mountains and streams around Coalville. He also enjoyed the time he spent helping his friends on their ranch in Grass Creek.
He is survived by his wife Lucille, and three sons Donald, Santa Rosa, Ca., David (Merildene), Bountiful, and Randy (Yvonne), Henefer. 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by brothers James, Kenneth, Keith, Earl, Guy and Leland.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 17, 2008 at 11 a.m. in the Hoytsville Church. Friends and family may call at the church Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.
Interment, Coalville Cemetery.
