Robert Lester Passey

“Uncle bob” 

Robert passed away at his home on August 8th 2024. He was born April 30th 1961 to David Passey and Phyllis Ball in Ogden, Utah. He called Henefer home for his life. Robert worked as a cook at the Kozy café where he loved making his famous cinnamon rolls and other treats, later on he went to work for Reesco Enterprises in Coalville, Utah and Round Valley Golf Course until he retired. Robert loved playing golf with his family and friends, listening to Jimmy Buffet and oil painting, Robert also loved his trips to Hawaii, you could always see him in his bright Hawaiian shirts no matter the season to him it was always aloha season. He is proceeded in death by his parents (Dave and Phyllis) brother (Francis) and two nephews. 

He is survived by his sisters Deborah Putnam and Kathleen McCutchen (West Valley) and brother Donald (morgan). nephews and nieces Tony and Christina Martinez (Henefer) Amanda Martinez and Boyd Mark (West Valley) Bear and Sarah Putnam (Ogden) Matt and Christina Putnam (Riverside) Adam and Allie Putnam (West Valley) Audrey Putnam and Mike Lacy (Salt lake) Sean McCutchen (West Valley) and 13 grandnieces and nephews. 

Viewing will be held on Thursday August 15th at the Henefer church from 6-8pm 

Grave side services will be held Friday August 16th at the Henefer cemetery at 11:00am with a viewing prior from 9-10am 

We would also like to thank the nurses from IHC home care and hospice for their treatment of Robert everyones Uncle Bob.
