Travis Dave Ghizzone, 31 passed away in Woods Cross, Utah on Thursday May 27, 2021. Travis was born June 26, 1989 in Ogden Utah to Dave Ghizzone and Shantelle Ghizzone.
He spent his early years in Farmington Utah and later in Woods Cross. He attended Woods Cross High School, then joined the Navy in 2008 and spent 4 years as a Navy Corpsman.
He worked as a Data Mainframe Specialist and was working towards his Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security.
He loved to cook and try out new recipes and cook on his Traeger Grill. He loved going to the gym to work out. He trained and competed in MMA (Mixed Martial Arts).
He enjoyed riding dirt bikes and found a love and passion in riding his street bike. He loved his 2 cats Sway and Figaro, which was his pride and joy.
Being of service to others was a great joy to him to help anyone he could. He was polite, kind and very respectful to all. His famous words were, "It is what it is" and "Live everyday like it's your last".
Travis is survived by his father Dave Ghizzone, his mother Shantelle Ghizzone, brother Jace Ghizzone and his Grandparents LaMon (Poke) and Lana Preece and a very special aunt Sherraine Preece.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Paul and Merle Bowden, Paul and Julie Ghizzone and cousin Anthony Paul Ghizzone.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, June 3, 2021 at 11 am at the South Morgan Cemetery in Morgan, Utah. A viewing will be held Wednesday from 6 to 8 pm at Walker Mortuary in Morgan. Additionally there will be a celebration of life that all are invited to at Riverside Park in Morgan, Utah immediately following the services at the cemetery.
