Born on a farm
Raised off the Land
No time to play
Turned a boy to a man
Bologna sandwiches on a truck tailgate
Quite the life he lived
One heck of a fate
A heart of pure gold
Stopped beating too soon
With a Shepherd in heaven
He’s gone to commune
Love your daughter, Frances Lee
I will never forget how his upbeat attitude and unique sense of humor kept everyone smiling, how serious he was about his passion for art and his love of his horse, Lawnmower. He was a fun loving hippie and a tough cowboy that could get the job done. He taught me how to ride and when I got thrown off to get back up in the saddle again, be gentle but make sure the horse knew I was boss, that no matter what we go through to be a trooper and no matter how bad the situation was it was “not our first rodeo”. I know you are in a better place and smiling, finally at peace. RIP Jacob Whitney Pentz, you are loved and will be missed. Love your daughter, Sally Benn
